The staff were nice and cute. My room was much more modern and cozy than I expected, with a comfy bed and good facilities. It's a short walk to Berri-UQAM Metro, and air conditioning was great during the hot week!

The location is superb, just a short walk to the metro and near various restaurants. The staff were very warm, assisting promptly with my luggage and offering helpful tips about nearby attractions.

Absolutely terrible. The entrance smells like fish, and the dirty carpet is an eyesore-didn't they notice? I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that's a lot to ask. I almost wrote a good review, but the hot water issue in the shower was the final straw. What a joke!

Everything was really good, pleasant staff made our stay comfortable. The location was marvellous - just next door to cheap restaurant, the center and the metro and the airport bus. It also was in the red light district. Enjoyed our room that was kept clean and available with comfortable beds, new shower, as example.

Floors could use a better cleaning, a noisy street makes the nights uncomfortable!!! The dated check-in area really dampens the initial excitement of arriving!!! It'd be nice to see some effort in updating the overall aesthetic!!!

The staff were very helpful, they changed our towels daily and even provided free amenities at the front counter. Plus, the location was a quick walk to the subway and near some decent restaurants and bars.
